Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst with exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementations related to AI and ML projects. Your expertise in AI and ML concepts, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, will enable you to understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements related to AI and ML initiatives. Conduct analysis to identify and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Solution Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software developers, to design AI and ML solutions that meet business requirements. Define data requirements, model specifications, and performance metrics for effective solution implementation.
Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights. Translate data analysis into meaningful recommendations and actionable insights that drive informed business decisions and strategy.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, communicate project progress, and manage expectations. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure effective collaboration and successful project outcomes.
Impact Assessment and Risk Analysis: Evaluate the potential impact of AI and ML solutions on existing business processes, systems, and stakeholders. Conduct risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential challenges or issues related to solution implementation.
Documentation and Reporting: Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows. Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings, project updates, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in AI and ML technologies. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, leveraging AI and ML to enhance business operations and outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to AI and ML projects
Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, algorithms, and technologies
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using statistical tools and programming languages
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
Knowledge of industry-specific AI and ML use cases and best practices is a plus
