Key Responsibilities:
1. Hardware Management:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, peripherals, and equipment.

- Ensure all hardware is properly inventoried and tracked.
2. Networking:
- Design, implement, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.

- Ensure network security and integrity.
3. Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve hardware and network problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Use diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot issues.
4. IT Projects:
- Assist in planning, implementing, and testing new IT projects/new software implementation and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of hardware and network configurations.
- Provide regular reports on IT system performance, issues, and project progress.
6. Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect against cyber threats.
7.Maintain the Digital Marketing platforms.
8.Website Development and coding.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in IT hardware and networking(preferably educational sector).
3. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking protocols, and network security.
4. Experience with network operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
5. Familiarity with network management tools, such as SNMP, DNS, and DHCP.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
