Job Title: Marketing & HR Manager Location: Bangalore, India Company: King Rose Construction & Services
About Us: We are a leading general contractor and outsourced services provider based in New York City,
renowned for our innovative projects and commitment to excellence. We are expanding our team in
Bangalore, India, and are seeking a dynamic Marketing & HR Manager to join us. This role offers a
unique opportunity to work closely with our USA-based staff and service providers, implement and
manage programs that contribute to our growth, and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Position Overview: As the Marketing & HR Manager, you will play a dual role in driving our marketing
efforts and managing our HR functions. You will work from our comfortable and conveniently located
Bangalore office, during the evening shift (17:00 PM IST to 1:00 AM IST), five days a week. This position
is ideal for a motivated professional who is eager to contribute to a leading New York City firm while
working in a vibrant, innovative and growing office in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
• Pay-Per-Click Campaigns: Coordinate with vendors to manage and optimize PPC campaigns.
• Website Management: Work with third-party vendors to enhance, update and maintain the
company's websites.
• Social Media: Prepare and post LinkedIn posts to enhance the companys online presence.
• Newsletter: Create and distribute a weekly company newsletter to keep stakeholders informed.
• Pre-Qualification Forms: Handle the preparation and submission of pre-qualification forms for
potential projects.
• Lead Generation: Work with a third-party outbound call center that solicits potential clients.
• Marketing Materials: Update company marketing materials as needed to effectively represent
our brand.
HR:
• Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for the USA office, from job posting to interviewing
and hiring.
• Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance team member
skills and knowledge.
• Team Spirit: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting team member
engagement and morale.
• Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve team member disputes in a fair and timely manner.
• Onboarding/Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and ensure smooth
transitions during offboarding.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including PPC, social media, and content creation.
• Proven experience in HR activities, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively during evening hours and collaborate with a U.S.-based team.
• Proficiency in using HR and/or marketing tools/software.
