We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who will work closely with our North American Sales team to develop and implement marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, business development, and revenue growth. This includes various Marketing Campaigns, Tradeshow and Event Coordination, Website Strategy and Design, SEO Strategy, Advertising, Content Creation, Graphic Design and Promoting Thought Leadership. This role with also help drive marketing efforts for innovative solutions using ServiceNow s cloud platform and assist with other internal marketing needs. This individual must be creative, analytical, and results driven. This is a high-impact and high-visibility role.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
Develop and create professional and engaging marketing materials, such as sales collateral, infographics, website content, banners, eBooks, videos (in line with brand guidelines)
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, account-based marketing, SEO strategy, partner spotlights, podcasts, blogs and in person events that will be measured on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Develop a comprehensive strategy for participating in trade shows and events, aligned with marketing and sales objectives (brand awareness and lead generation)
Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns to generate marketing qualified leads
Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
Plan annual in person and virtual ServiceNow and industry focused event strategies overseeing all logistical aspects and promotional strategies
Experience
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Proven experience in tradeshow and event planning
Experience in establishing and managing budgets
Proven expertise articulating the value of professional services and innovative solutions using clear and compelling business language
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Required
Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing
Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systems
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in designing, writing and editing content with an attention to detail
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
