Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management:

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on excellence, continuous learning, and achieving recruitment goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and help recruiters develop their skills and grow professionally.
• Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs across various departments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and establish selection criteria.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Sourcing & Pipeline Management:
  
• Oversee and refine sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates, including passive candidates, through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure that hiring managers have access to qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Leverage recruitment technologies and tools to streamline the hiring process and improve efficiency.
• Interview & Selection Process:
  
• Ensure the interview process is consistent, structured, and aligned with company values and culture.
• Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing and assessment techniques.
• Manage the offer process, ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience.
• Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

• Compliance & Best Practices:
  
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and implement innovative recruitment strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment between recruitment and employee retention strategies.
