JOB DESCRIPTION - Key Account Manager (KAM) / Sr KAM
1 Role Key Account Manager (KAM) - 2 Level Manager / L13 Job Location -4 Reporting to ASM â 5 Experience 4 to 8 years
Job Specification/ Description Role:
In this role, the Key Account Manager (KAM) - (Location) will drive the business from an assigned set of channel partners in (Location) territory.
Responsibilities:
â On Ground understanding of the markets of (Location) territory
â Establishes productive, professional relationships with key partner resources and partner owners in assigned partner accounts.
â Support partner in driving new business and renewal business and drive alignment with partner performance objectives and partnersâ expectations.
â Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume from partner accounts.
â Onboard new partners for the company and ensure their are actively contributing to the business â Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance
â Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
â Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources. â Manages any potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through adherence to channel partner policy
â Coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
â Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
â Should be excellent in developing expertise on product/brands of the company & should be able to train the partner teams
â Prior Experience of dealing with IT, B2B Software products will be an advantage

â Go Getter Attitude
â Accountable for his business and responsibilities
â Amazing sense of urgency & attitude of getting things done when no one is watching
â Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced growing start-up environment
Qualifications: Graduate/ Post-Graduate / MBA
