What would you do at Khatabook :

• Create Purchase Order based on SOP
• Validate correctness of vendor invoice
• Pass accounting entries for vendor invoices and other journal entries
• Prepare aging report, vendor advance report and outstanding provisions workings on a weekly basis
• Share samples with auditors during audits
• Support Business Finance team in analysis
• Coordinate with business teams and other stakeholders in relation to operational matters

What are we looking for :

• ​B.Com graduate with 4-7 years of experience
• Good knowledge of accounting on accrual basis
• Good knowledge and prior work experience of accounting vendor invoices
• Good knowledge of TDS and GST regulations
• Practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT & Word)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
