Marketing Head - Killer Jeans

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Killer Jeans, including brand positioning, communication, development, and digital marketing.
  
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and campaigns across offline and online channels.
  
• Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing displays and merchandise displays that drive sales growth.
  
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance metrics.
  
• Manage budgets effectively to achieve business objectives while ensuring ROI optimization.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-15 years of experience in brand marketing, BTL/ATL activities, digital marketing, online marketing, offline marketing, visual merchandising, brand communications & brand strategy.
  
• Proven track record of developing successful brand campaigns that drive results.
  
• Strong understanding of MarCom principles and ability to apply them effectively.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
