Senior Executive - Human Resources

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
• Obtaining requisite approvals (ERFs) for the positions raised & determining selection criteria.
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
• Conduct competency based interviews and verify organization & role fitment of the candidate
• Coordinate with the functional heads for interviews and record their feedbacks
• Conduct reference checks, negotiate compensation offers letters, follow-up for joining and joining documentation
• Carry out induction & on-boarding of new incumbent so as to accustom him/her to the policies and processed
• Develop Talent Acquisition dashboard analyzing hiring efficiency to improve hiring process.
• Support HR team in sourcing for highly critical positions
• Develop candidates database/pool for future requirements
• Study, Benchmark & Recommend the Best HR Policies for implementation in the Group.
• Arranging various contests/ events/programs for employees under the guidance of Head -HR
• Undertaking different initiatives for Employee Engagements and Employee Inclusion Programs under the guidance of Head HR
• Undertaking disciplinary actions against erring employees
• Support in training & development activities
• Assist in annual performance management process

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal candidate would be someone with strong experience of talent acquisition into retail brands/ clothing etc.

CANDIDATES WITH 6 DAYS WORKING STRUCTURE PREFERRED. MALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED.
