Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for our key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering tailored marketing solutions that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication.
  2. Strategic Account Management:
    • Develop account strategies to meet client objectives and achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work towards upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Project Execution and Delivery:
    • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, and digital) to ensure successful project execution.
    • Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and address any client concerns proactively.
  4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and report on account performance, including ROI and other KPIs.
    • Conduct regular reviews with clients to discuss project outcomes and future strategies.
  5. Market Insights and Industry Trends:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide insights to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: 10 + years of experience in account management, client servicing, or sales, preferably in marketing or advertising agencies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital solutions, and experiential marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a client-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
