Business Analyst

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst or Data Analyst to join our team at Vosmos. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analysing our products and their data, deriving actionable insights, and presenting them in ways that highlight value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse product performance data to understand trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to identify data-driven opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Create meaningful visualizations, reports, and dashboards that articulate the value of our offerings.
• Translate complex data into compelling stories for internal and external customers.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions.
• Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with product analysis, customer behaviour insights, SaaS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
