Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform database administration tasks such as patching, backups, recovery, and performance tuning on Oracle databases.
- Configure and manage Exadata infrastructure including Exadata nodes, storage domains, and CCI.
- Implement Golden Gate replication between databases for disaster recovery purposes.
- Monitor database performance using tools like OEM and troubleshoot issues related to RAC configurations.
- Migrate databases from one server to another using RMAN backup/restore process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in Oracle DBA role with expertise in Dataguard, RAC, Performance Tuning, Migration (RMAN), AWS Cloud.
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
- Strong understanding of Oracle RAC architecture and its components (Data Guard).
- Experience with migration projects involving large-scale data transfers.
