Quality Assurance Technical Manager - Automation Testing (1-2 yrs)

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Technical Manager at Kellton in Gurugram. The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day QA activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, coordinating testing efforts, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives within the QA team.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 12-15 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Extensive experience in automation testing using Java and Selenium.

- Proven track record of managing and mentoring QA teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines preferred.

- ISTQB certification and experience with other automation tools (i.e., Cucumber, TestNG) is a plus.

- Ownership of communicating with the clients and different stakeholders.

- Ownership of end to end Automation/Manual/Performance Testing activities.
