Job Summary: Visiting doctors / chemists / distributors as specified by company time to time to achieve target Execution of Sales & Marketing activities Collection of orders at distributor level RCPA(Retail Chemist Prescription Audit) Timely reporting through SFA 3. Qualification Essential: Graduate (Science / Pharma graduate preferred) Desirable: B.Sc Work experience: Overall: Relevant to the Job: 0.5 4 years Age 22 - 30 years CTC - 2.5 - 3.0 lacs PA Therapeutic Segments Acute Segments Computer Literacy At least working knowledge of computers 4. Key Deliverables: Achieving Targeted budget month after month Availability of products at chemist & distributor level Ensuring timely payments by distributors 6. Working Relationships: Internal: ABM / RBM External: Doctors / Stockists / Chemists 7. Organogram: (To be attached separately) Not Required 8. Candidate Profile - Personality: well dressed & presentable , High Energy , good in both oral & written English communication , Command over local language , Assertive , service oriented , Achievement oriented , Ambitious.
