Senior Executive/Executive - Admin at HO - ( Male )

Hi,

We are in need of Executive/Senior Executive - Admin at Head Office. Immediate joiner will be preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage all admin related work HO and Site
• Co-ordinate with sites admin team for site related works, Monthly MIS report, Monthly statutory compliances of deployed vendor, tracking of stationery, Pantry materials of sites
• Manage internal and external stakeholders
• Brief knowledge of Labour compliances under various Acts/ Rules like:- PF, ESIC, PT , MLWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour Acts, BOCW Acts, Workmen compensation Act.
• Monitoring for Head Office Cleaning & Maintenance
• Co-ordinate for Employee Engagement activity at HO and sites
• Monitoring Mediclaim related issues & claims of employees
• Monitoring proper maintenance of company rented properties (Files Storage units/labour camps)
• Printing of visiting cards & New joinees ID cards of staffs
• Security, HK & Pantry vendor management at all sites
• Checking & Verifying the bills of Admin vendors
• Liaisoning :- Police & BMC related matters on site
• Responsible for proper submission of Statutory Compliances across all sites as per client requirement)
• Knowledge of payroll
• Weekly site visit is mandatory

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate ( Full time) with 6-10yrs of Admin experience into engineering and construction industry will be preferred.

Only Male candidate will be preferred.
