Job Description


Job Summary: We are looking for a competent and friendly Front Desk Executive to join our team. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to visitors and guests, managing inquiries and appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for various meetings and events.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, filing documents, and updating records.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain petty cash fund.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management.


Preferred candidate profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and copiers.
