Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, driving audience engagement, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

• Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
• Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions on all platforms.

Strategy & Growth:

• Assist in developing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, user engagement, and traffic.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices to apply innovative techniques.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, etc.
• Prepare monthly reports on social media activity and growth.

Community Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and foster a positive community environment.

Campaigns & Collaboration:

• Assist in organizing social media campaigns and promotions.
• Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales) to execute integrated campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate insights from data.
• A passion for social media and a creative mindset.
