EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO CMD (Male Only): - Graduate or Master Graduate with more than 10-15 yrs of Experience of secretarial job. Must have good presentation and report preparation skills. Good communication and command over English. Strong background in all aspects of office management, Making strong follow up with all the HODs relating to any deviations to processes/ standard and report to CMD. Scheduling meetings and Preparation of minutes of the meeting and strong follow up on action points. Coordinating travel to overseeing budget and accounting/Financial functions and maintaining high degree of confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) as well as various database applications and ERP.
