Social Media Executive

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing dynamic strategies across our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Youll play a pivotal role in increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with our brand values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy Development:
  Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for our social media presence across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives (SMO).
• Brand Consistency & Content Monitoring:
  Monitor the organization’s social media accounts to maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging and relevant content. Ensure the content resonates with target audiences.
• Vendor Interaction & SEO Monitoring:
  Interact with vendors and oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts to ensure maximum reach and visibility of the company’s social media content.
• Campaign Analysis & Evaluation:
  Analyze and evaluate the performance of social media campaigns and strategies, adjusting tactics as needed to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Lead Generation:
  Generate high-quality leads through strategic social media efforts, using tactics that drive engagement, nurture relationships, and convert potential clients.
• Benchmark Metric Development:
  Establish and track benchmark metrics to evaluate the success and effectiveness of social media programs.
• Reporting on Campaign Effectiveness:
  Prepare and present regular reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, detailing key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcomes.
• Competitive Monitoring:
  Keep a close eye on competitor activities within social media channels. Analyze their strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
• Content Management & Engagement:
  Oversee the company’s presence on social networking sites, posting fresh content, responding to comments, and ensuring optimal search positioning for key products and services.
• Market Research:
  Conduct market research to understand trends and consumer behavior on social media, and apply insights to refine campaigns.
• Collaboration with Management & Stakeholders:
  Communicate and collaborate with higher management and stakeholders to generate creative and engaging social media posts that align with the company’s vision and marketing objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and social media optimization (SMO) techniques
• Experience in SEO and content marketing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategies accordingly
• Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail in content production and design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Knowledge of current social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Strong ability to generate leads through social media engagement.
