Job Description

Primary Focus: The role involves driving growth, creating awareness, and generating new business for RETAS' sustainable water management solutions and services.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development:

    • Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and more.
    • Engage in strategic discussions and meetings to expand brand awareness and reach in the market.

Customer Engagement & Market Insights:

    • Understand customer requirements by gathering detailed information and analyzing market trends.
    • Organize meetings with potential clients to introduce the company's products and solutions.

Sales Process & Reporting:

    • Develop and maintain a daily sales report.
    • Keep the Regional Manager informed with completed reports of site visits, follow-ups, and prospect interactions.

Event Participation:

    • Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to build relationships and promote the companys solutions.

Customer Feedback & Relationship Management:

    • Gather feedback from customers and prospects to identify improvements or new opportunities.
    • Ensure the deal is closed after technical specifications and transfer to the Regional Manager for final execution.

Skills and Expertise:


  • Knowledge of Construction, Engineering, particularly in Plumbing, Pipes, Drainage, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems is highly preferable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction and relationship building.
  • Ability to understand complex customer requirements and articulate solutions effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:


  • Self-motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for environmental sustainability.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or project management related to water conservation or environmental technologies.
  • Ability to engage clients, generate new business, and build long-term relationships.
  • Comfortable working with technical products and solutions related to water management and conservation.
