Job Overview:

The Front Desk Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing guest interactions, and supporting office operations. This role involves greeting visitors, answering calls, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the front office runs smoothly.

Role & responsibilities

• Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Oversee visitor security protocols and access control.
• Provide customer service and assist with any guest or client needs.
• Support event coordination and office logistics.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in hospitality or office management.
• Knowledge of office equipment (phones, copiers, printers).
• 1- 5 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
