Crystal Report Developer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Crystal Reports Design and Automation:

• Design, develop, and customize reports using Crystal Reports to meet business requirements.
• Schedule and automate report generation processes in SAP/Crystal Reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report design and performance.

2. PL/SQL Development and Database Management:

• Write, optimize, and maintain PL/SQL scripts for Oracle databases.
• Perform complex data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks.
• Ensure data integrity and optimize database performance for reporting needs.

3. Credit Bureau Data Submission:

• Manage and submit credit bureau data accurately to all Credit Information Companies (CICs).
• Address and resolve discrepancies or issues identified by CICs during data submissions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for credit bureau reporting.

4. Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather report requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Provide training and support to users on report usage and functionality.
• Maintain documentation for processes, reports, and scripts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Crystal Reports development and automation.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, including advanced querying and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of credit bureau reporting processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with SAP or related ERP systems is a plus.
