Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experiencedStrategic Partnerships Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnershipsthat align with our business goals and objectives. This role requires a deepunderstanding of the industry. Furniture, furnishing & retail. excellentrelationship-building skills, and the ability to negotiate and close deals thatdrive value for both parties. The Strategic Partnerships Manager will workclosely with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, productdevelopment, and legal, to ensure that partnerships are effectively integratedand managed. The successful candidate will have a proven track record ofdeveloping and managing successful partnerships, a strategic mindset, and theability to think creatively to identify new opportunities. This is a key rolethat will have a significant impact on our companys growth and success.
Responsibilities
Identify and evaluatepotential strategic partners.
Develop and maintainstrong relationships with key partners.
Negotiate partnershipagreements and contracts.
Collaborate withinternal teams to integrate and manage partnerships.
Monitor and analysethe performance of partnerships.
Develop and implementstrategies to maximize the value of partnerships.
Identify newpartnership opportunities to drive business growth.
Manage thepartnership lifecycle from initiation to execution.
Ensure compliancewith partnership agreements.
Provide regularupdates and reports to senior management.
Develop and deliverpresentations to potential partners.
Coordinate with legaland finance teams to finalize agreements.
Conduct marketresearch to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Develop and managepartnership budgets.
Represent the companyat industry events and conferences.
Work with marketingteams to develop co-marketing initiatives.
Ensure thatpartnerships align with the companys strategic goals.
Manage and resolveany issues or conflicts with partners.
Develop and implementprocesses to streamline partnership management.


Requirements
Bachelors degree/ Masters inBusiness, Marketing, Interior design or a related field.
5+ years ofexperience in partnership management or business development.
Proven track recordof developing and managing successful partnerships.
Strong negotiationand relationship-building skills.
Excellentcommunication and presentation skills.
Ability to thinkstrategically and identify new opportunities.
Experience workingwith cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
Ability to managemultiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience in the[Furniture, furnishing retail is a plus.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to travelacross the region.
Strong organizationaland time management skills.
Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
High level ofprofessionalism and integrity.
Experience withcontract negotiation and management.
Ability to work in afast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong attention todetail.
Ability to build andmaintain long-term relationships.
Experience withmarket research and analysis.
