HR Manager at Real Estate company in Borivali

We are seeking an experienced HR MANAGER with 12+ years experience to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring that HR initiatives align with organizational goals while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition and Retention

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

2. Employee Records Management:

• Maintaining accurate employee data, including personal details, employment details, payroll information, tax records, attendance, company assets issued to the employees in Beehive software.

3. Employee Relations

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and employee engagement.

4. Performance Management

• Design and manage performance appraisal systems to assess and enhance employee performance.

5. Policy Development and Compliance

• Create, update, and enforce HR policies in line with legal regulations and organizational values.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety standards, and other relevant regulations.

6. Statutory Compliance:

• Adherence to labour laws like EPF (Employees' Provident Fund), ESIC (Employee State

Insurance), Profession Tax, MLWF, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Gratuity, and Bonus Act, TDS on Salary.

• Submitting statutory returns like PF, ESI, TDS, and labour welfare fund contributions within deadlines.

7. Compensation and Benefits

• Design competitive CTC structures and benefit programs to attract and retain talent.
• Responsible for daily & monthly Attendance management System and leaves management
• Responsible for monthly Salary, reimbursement and other periodical calculations i.e. yearly bonus, yearly Increments
• Conducting exit interviews & addressing the feedback to the management.
• Responsible for employees full and final settlement process.

8. Audit and Inspections:

• Managing internal and external compliance audits, preparing documentation, and handling

inspections by government authorities.

Education

• PGDM or MBA in HR

Experience

• 10 to 12 + years of proven experience in HR management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, Statutory Compliance and HR best practices.
