Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HCM modules and a proven track record of implementing and supporting ORC solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Implementation:** Lead the configuration and implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.

- **Functional Support:** Provide ongoing functional support and enhancements to existing ORC implementations.

- **Requirements Gathering:** Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- **User Training:** Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide user support post-implementation.

- **Documentation:** Create and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, configuration documents, and user manuals.

- **Integration:** Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between ORC and other HCM modules.

- **Testing:** Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.

- **Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve issues related to ORC functionality and provide solutions to enhance user experience.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically with ORC.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.

- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
