Job Description

  • Customer Assistance: Provide timely and professional support to customers via email, chat, or phone.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues with precision, ensuring resolution in line with company policies.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Create, update, and maintain FAQs and support documentation.
  • Ticket Management: Use support tools to log, prioritize, and track customer tickets, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Product Expertise: Stay updated on product features, updates, and improvements to assist customers effectively.
  • Escalation Handling: Identify recurring issues and escalate complex cases to relevant departments for resolution.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards and consistently maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
Key Skills Competencies:
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Empathy: Ability to understand and address customer concerns with patience and care.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and ticketing systems.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with SaaS platforms or similar industries is a plus.
