Job Description
- Conduct on-site POS installations with precision and efficiency, ensuring adherence to installation standards and protocols
- Proficiently install and configure relevant product software (APK) on deployed hardware, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Provide comprehensive training sessions to clients and their staff on the usage and maintenance of installed products, ensuring maximum utilization and satisfaction.
- Perform basic on-site troubleshooting and issue resolution for our product range, addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Achieve daily targets for hardware installations, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance.
- Responsibly handle and resolve customer queries on-site and via phone or email, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Generate daily reports on installation progress, training activities, and service query resolutions using email, phone, and CRM tools.
- Attend all scheduled classroom and online training sessions on new product features and developments organized by the organization.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals related to Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT).
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and self motivated
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Diploma or graduate with background in Computers.
- Must have a valid passport.
