Roles and Responsibilities :
Call Handling & Customer Support:
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines while adapting responses based on customer needs.
Educate customers on insurance products, policies, and procedures.
Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Insurance Proposal Processing :
Assist customers in completing insurance proposals accurately.
Verify required documents and ensure all information provided is correct.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and approval of proposals.
Follow up with customers regarding pending documents or additional requirements.
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines.
Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Performance & Reporting :
Achieve individual and team targets for call handling, customer satisfaction, and proposal processing.
Identify common customer concerns and suggest improvements to streamline processes.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on call metrics, issue resolution, and proposal status.
