Position Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced and strategic CEO /DIRECTOR to start a profitable bio-diesel plant from scratch.

- The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including acquisition of land at strategic location, rawmaterial, business development, Plant operations, regulatory compliance, and financial management.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the bio- diesel industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep passion for this sunrise sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall business strategy to achieve organizational goals and objectivesi.e Produce a healthy bottom line and a Return on capital.

- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient and effective delivery of Bio diesel products.

- Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence and establish strategic partnerships with vendors and suppliers.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

- Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications:

- Advanced degree in Engineering , Bio desel management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of executive leadership experience in the same industry.

- Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and challenges in the setting up Bio dIeselplant , particularly in India.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic business plans.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - internal professionals, regulatory bodies, and business partners.

- Demonstrated financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
