AGM - Quality- Western Line Sites

Objective of the role : To ensure quality across projects is maintained as per company standards.

• To ensure finishing Quality of KL projects are met or exceeds customer expectations
• To ensure project rating system ( finishing )
• To review & monitor design, DCU& WCU
• To create manuals for all finishing activities after buy in from all stake holders
• To undertake finishing mechanization & innovation
• To create a team of finishing experts in different trades
• Handle end to end customer Handover and Post-Handover
• Overseeing Site Quality processes of all projects
• Develop and implement a Quality Rating System across all projects
• Identify training needs of Engineers and Supervisors in consultation with project heads and HR
• Identifying New process/ Products in the market, Improvement on projects
• Identifying Key Trends, Conducting Competitor Anaysis,Prepare action plan for low hanging fruits with potential savings with cost benefit analysis and Implementation of action plan based on improvement in QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery)
• Kaizen Implementation - Horizontal deployment of Kaizen
