AGM - Marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead)

Objective of the role: We are seeking a forward-thinking Marketing Technology professional with a strong focus on data analytics and a passion for driving insights-led strategies. This role involves leading the Salesforce Marketing Cloud practice and pioneering various marketing technology initiatives, including corporate website development, SEO, and mobile/web applications. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in integrating AI and machine learning to enhance business outcomes, particularly in creating impactful consumer journey strategies.

Qualification Required : A Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related technical field specialization from a Tier I institute is mandatory. A Post- Graduation Certification in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence or a related field is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Interaction Studio: Strategically lead and scale Salesforce Marketing Cloud practices for a luxury brand, leveraging data for targeted marketing strategies. Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with brand objectives. Partner with creative teams to conceptualize data-backed storytelling for marketing campaigns. Define and optimize consumer journeys through data-driven insights and cutting-edge technology.
• Digital Projects: Oversee the development of the corporate website, SEO strategies, mobile/web applications, and ensure robust data and information security protocols.
• Data Analytics: Drive data lake, data warehouse, dashboarding, and MIS projects to generate actionable insights that inform marketing decisions.
• AI and Machine Learning: Explore and integrate AI/ML solutions to optimize consumer engagement and campaign performance. Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, applying innovative approaches to elevate marketing impact.

Technical Proficiency

• In-depth knowledge of web technologies, data security, and information security standards.
