Who We're Looking For
A data obsessed, creative problem solver who can own and drive our performance marketing function. You should be comfortable debugging campaign performance, making data backed decisions, and experimenting with new growth channels. If you love breaking down numbers, finding patterns in data, and iterating on creatives to optimize performance, this role is for you.
Experience: 2 to 4 years in high growth performance marketing, ideally in consumer tech, edtech, or DTC brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Own & Drive Growth: Take full ownership of performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and app platforms, optimizing for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Data Driven Decision Making: Regularly analyse campaign data, attribution models, and funnel performance, identifying key drop offs and areas of improvement.
- Creative Experimentation: Lead A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and user journeys, optimizing for conversion rates and ROAS.
- Debug & Optimize Campaigns: Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or tracking issues and troubleshoot them to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Budget Allocation & Scaling: Optimize a multichannel budget, reallocating spend based on real time performance insights to maximize impact.
- App Marketing Expertise: Develop full funnel marketing strategies for app installs, activations, and retention.
- Growth Initiatives: Identify new scalable acquisition opportunities, experimenting with emerging platforms and audience segments.
- Collaborate with Sales & Product Teams: Ensure marketing efforts translate into high quality leads and seamless conversion experiences.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with ad platform changes, industry benchmarks, and competitive strategies to refine our approach.
Who You Are

- You debug marketing problems: From ad performance drops to tracking discrepancies, you proactively identify and solve issues before they impact results.
- You balance logic & creativity: You can analyse numbers AND experiment with creatives to craft winning campaigns.
- You drive initiatives end-to-end: You don't wait for instructions. You take ownership, test aggressively, and optimize fast.
- You thrive in fast paced environments: You're comfortable with constant experimentation, tight feedback loops, and rapid scaling.
- Must Have Skills & Experience: 2 to 4 years in performance marketing, preferably in app-first businesses.
- Handson expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, UAC, and ASO.
- Strong in data analysis, tracking, and attribution modeling.
- Ability to debug performance issues and quickly iterate on optimizations.
- A strong grasp of audience segmentation, creative testing, and funnel optimization.
- Experience working with data visualization tools & performance dashboards.
- Understanding of LTV, CAC, ROAS, and other key growth metrics.
Bonus Points
- Experience with SQL, Python, or marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing or unconventional growth hacks.
- Familiarity with AI powered learning or edtech marketing strategies.
