Drive product activation and provide continuous support throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring customers realize the full value of the product.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling modules based on customer needs and use cases.
Strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Proven track record of working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations based on insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
