Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from University Grants Commission (UGC), University of Mumbai (UOM), Council of Architecture (COA), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Department of Higher Education, Technical Board, Social Welfare, affiliation section, permanent affiliation, Fees Regulating Authority (FRA), etc.
Conduct official correspondence on behalf of the Trust/Institute authorities.
Issue notices for meetings of Trust/Institute authorities, committees, and sub-committees.
Prepare and maintain minutes of meetings for all authorities, committees, and sub-committees.
Monitor divisions such as examinations, admissions, and Study Tour.
Perform duties specified in rules, bye-laws, or as assigned by the Board of Management.
Submit timely reports on teaching and learning quality to the Management.
Contribute to improving the Institute's ranking by analyzing and strategizing ranking elements.
Prevent plagiarism on campus and provide guidance to Management on affiliation, academic, examination, and regulatory issues.
Collaborate with the Principal/Director to monitor teaching and learning quality.
Ensure improvement in research projects, grants, and research initiatives.
Develop policies as per regulatory requirements.
Accountability:
The Trust Compliance Officer will be accountable to the Board of Management and the Trust/Institute authorities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Timeliness and accuracy of reports.
3. Improvement in Institute ranking.
4. Quality of teaching and learning.
5. Research initiatives and grants.
Candidates with experience from the Educational Industry will be given preference.
