Job Description
- Coordinate with housekeeping agencies and supervisors to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office premises.
- Organize and plan employee transportation, maintain vehicles, and ensure timely insurance renewals.
- Oversee the upkeep, usage, and maintenance of company-owned guest houses and apartments.
- Work closely with Purchase and Stores departments to facilitate necessary administrative material procurement.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team to address repair and upkeep needs across the facility.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and meals for domestic and international guests as requested.
- Ensure timely renewal of lease agreements for company guest houses and storage facilities.
- Coordinate with various units to streamline and support administrative activities.
- Manage travel itineraries and visa processing for employees as per requirements.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Group Chairperson or Top Management, ensuring flexibility in administrative support.
