Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Secretary to provide administrative support to our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the MD's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential matters.
Key Responsibilities:
-- Manage the MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
-- Prepare and coordinate correspondence, reports, and presentations for the MD.
-- Handle confidential and sensitive matters, maintaining discretion and professionalism.
-- Coordinate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure
seamless communication and collaboration and preparation of reports.
-- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
-- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the MD.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a real estate or corporate environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
4. Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
