Job Description
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and on boarding of candidates.
- Sourcing Talent: Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards/portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Collaboration with Hiring Heads/Managers: Work closely with hiring heads/managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and team dynamics.
- Candidate Screening Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings, behavioural interviews, and technical assessments to identify qualified candidates.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Offer Negotiations On boarding: Facilitate offer discussions and lead negotiations with final-stage candidates. Oversee the smooth on boarding process.
- Market Insights: Stay updated with job portals, recruiting trends and the competitive hiring landscape to advise on hiring best practices.
- Metrics Reporting: Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, and report results to leadership dates for future job openings.
