- Continuous Improvement: Review and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; master s preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, ideally in the higher education sector.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strategic mindset for developing effective recruitment strategies.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Strategic Thinking: Develop long-term recruitment strategies.
- Decision Making: Accurate candidate assessment and selection.
- Relationship Building: Effective stakeholder collaboration.
