Assistant Sales Manager

Role.

Achieving Sales goals, developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints, and recruitment of sales staff. Assisting to close sales where technical expertise may be required to fit the clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2. Monitoring and guiding the sales team and motivate them to achieve sales targets.
3. Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
4. Tracking and monitoring customer grievance and seek appropriate resolution on time
5. Analyzing market trends
6. Identifying opportunities and make strategies to increase sales.
7. Building and Maintaining strong working relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories.
8. Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain the company's products to customers.
9. Writing reports and liaising with the team regarding issues, foreseeable problems, and effective action plan to counter critical issues.
10. Appraise/update customers about latest product updates and product enhancements.
11. Assist and comply with Sales SOPs and guide the team on complying without deviations.

Desired Candidate Profile The one who has an experience in the field of Direct selling of Industrial Goods/ Machine Tools/ Cutting Tools/ Allied Accessories/ Services (Preferably in Capital Goods) will be our first preference.
