Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Verification of Joining documents
- Entering New Joiner information in HRMS
- Issuing New Employee Joining Kit
- Assisting employee in Bank Account opening
- Execute onboarding formalities and orientation sessions.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
- Provide new employees with company policies, benefits information, and job expectations.
- Act as a point of contact for new hires during their initial period.
- Gather feedback from new hires to improve the onboarding process.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Employee records, data management, and reporting
- Understanding of HR software tools for onboarding processes.
- Ability to generate detailed HR reports and analyze employee data to support decision-making
