Key Responsibilities:-

- Managing the operations of the school-including Administration, Facility Management, Security, Transport, Canteen & Communication(ERP).

- Possess liaising experience, dealing with government authorities/ education board officials (CBSE).

- Formulate the SOPs for school (safety plan): disaster preparation, fire drills, student & staff safety of assets across the school.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure the ongoing upkeep of school buildings, sports infrastructure, and equipments.

- Regularly inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and potential improvements.

- Source and procure necessary equipment, tools, and materials for repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

- Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks, including repairs, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC servicing, etc.

- Establish and maintain good relationships with reliable local vendors, contractors, and service providers for outsourced maintenance and repair tasks.

- Provide regular diagnostics reports on maintenance performance, ongoing projects, and budget status.

- Managing expenses and budgeting to help school optimize costs and benefits.

- End to End financial management of assets.

Qualifications And Key Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.

- Proven experience of 1-2 years in facilities or property management.

- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.

- Good network with local vendors for repair and maintenance work.

- Willing to undertake regular travels.
