As a Business Development Manager at JV Ventures, you will:
- Build Impactful Relationships: Establish connections with C-suite leaders, consultants, and key decision-makers in the Lifesciences industry. Help foster strategic partnerships that elevate organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively identify and acquire new business opportunities, pitch tailored leasing proposals, and negotiate deals with decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy Development: Research market trends, client needs, and competitor analysis to develop effective leasing strategies. Keep organization ahead of the curve in the Lifesciences infrastructure space.
- Marketing & Branding: Work closely with our marketing team to design and execute campaigns that promote organization's Lifesciences infrastructure, attracting top-tier tenants.
- Strategic Expansion: Collaborate with internal teams to conduct feasibility studies, pricing analyses, and location assessments, helping expand organization's portfolio in key markets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, leasing, or a similar role in the Lifesciences or real estate industry. Experience in client relationship management is a plus.
- Academic Background: A master's degree in business, Marketing, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools to manage and track leads.
- Mindset: A dynamic, entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for success and a passion for tackling challenging assignments. Eager to learn and grow within the Lifesciences industry.
- Passion: A genuine interest in the Lifesciences sector and the positive impact it has on society, with a desire to be part of transformative projects.
