Admission Counselor

Role & responsibilities

• Meeting Enrollments & Generating Revenue by Counselling Prospects & Converting them into Sales.
• Performing proper Follow-ups with candidates to Meet & Exceed designated admission targets of enrollments from the qualified sales leads after Counselling students and parents about the Training Courses Offered.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets from up selling and referrals from current students.
• Maintain and Update MIS on daily basis.
• Enthusiast professional willing to Travel occasionally for Seminars , STP & Lead generation programs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills& Public Speaking skills with positive attitude.
• Good Negotiation & Pitching Skills required.
• Aggressive attitude of sales - You need to be able to step into customer's mind and address their concerns.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Passion to work, Good listener, Self-motivator,& Ready to work with fast pace & Continuously learning Mindset.
