Position Overview:

The ideal candidate should have a passion for counseling, excellent communication skills, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed information to students and parents about various academic courses, colleges, and career opportunities.
- Assist students in the application and admission process, including filling out forms, preparing documents, and meeting deadlines.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students career aspirations and recommend suitable options.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students to answer their queries and follow up on their admission status.
- Organize and participate in career counseling workshops, seminars, and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and academic institutions.
- Keep updated with the latest admission policies, procedures, and academic offerings of colleges and universities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in career counseling, admissions, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and build trust.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and basic CRM systems.
- A bachelor s degree in any field; a background in education or counseling is preferred.
Salary:
Up to 10,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
