Jubilant Pharmova Limited (formerly Jubilant Life Sciences Limited) is a company with global presence that is involved in Radiopharma, Allergy Immunotherapy, CDMO Sterile Injectables, Contract Research Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CRDMO), Generics and Proprietary Novel Drugs businesses.
In the Radiopharma business, the Company is involved in manufacturing and supply of Radiopharmaceuticals with a network of 46 radio-pharmacies in the US. The Company s Allergy Immunotherapy business is involved in the manufacturing and supply of allergic extracts and venom products in the US and in some other markets such as Canada, Europe and Australia. Jubilant through its CDMO Sterile Injectables business offers manufacturing services including sterile fill and finish injectables (both liquid and lyophilization), full-service ophthalmic offer (liquids, ointments & creams) and ampoules.

The Position
Organization- Jubilant Pharmova Limited
Designation Manager - Projects
Location- Nanjangud, Mysore
Responsible for following activities: - Independently lead multiple Mechanical projects right from concept stage to planning, commissioning, handing & qualification over meeting the predefined norms of Time, Quality, Cost and Safety norms.
- Responsible for Mechanical project execution at NNJ site Mysore Karnataka.
- Feasibility study of Plant process working, its philosophy, Mechanical technical working theory require Mechanical technical clearance for project activity.
- Preparation and Planning of Project schedule, Project Documents LOD, Mechanical Technical clearance, Team Execution planning and handover activity.
- Responsible for Mechanical project work of erection, commissioning, operational and qualification ease and safety aspects.
- Study the existing & new facility and give the proposal; Prepare Bill of Material (BOM); Approval to Project material ordering to ensure required project facility for the user.
- Identify suitable vendors; Float Enquiry for procurement of the project material. Prepare comparative statements, Evaluate technical, and Raise the indent, Follow-up with the vendor to get the delivery in order to provide facility to the project through vendors.
- Identify the suitable contractor for execution of the Projects, interact within the department along with the user for getting better understanding of the user requirement, Follow-up day to day activities at the site, facilitate user requests/modifications, if any, in the project once the project has started; Conduct Testing and commissioning of the system in order to deliver the project successfully.
- Planning and co-ordination for finalization of project activities.
- Co-ordination with internal team members of various disciplines like Civil, Process, Instrumentation, HVAC, Electrical and Maintenance team. Etc.
- Technical Evaluation of the vendor or supplier specs details, drawing & Validation project documents.
- Tender document finalization for various services & supply materials.
- Ensuring the safety at work place during the time of execution, erection and commissioning.
- Job allocation to contractor based on their resources and abilities. Provide the field clearance and erection service detailing.
- Guide, monitor & review the work of contract laborers (skilled, semi-skilled & un-skilled) directly & through their supervisors during the project execution phase; ensure that they are following the safety requirements & motivate the workers in order to ensure that contract workforce is delivering as per the requirement.
- Ensure proper unloading, storing and leading to site of all the project related materials.
- Review the Reconciliation of project material after complete the projects and submission further evolutions.
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
- Inspection of service and execution work.
- Ensuring the quality of jobs & meeting cGMP requirements.
- Co-ordination for safe execution & commissioning of project.
- Co-ordination for qualification & validation of project Items.
- Indenting the material, approving the user decision, giving transfer requisition and other project related activities in SAP
Person Profile .
Qualification - Graduate Engineers or Post Graduate in Science
Experience- 8+ Years
