Jubilant Pharmova Limited

Jubilant Pharmova Limited (formerly Jubilant Life Sciences Limited) is a company with global presence that is involved in Radio pharma, Allergy Immunotherapy, CDMO Sterile Injectable, Contract Research Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CRDMO), Generics and Proprietary Novel Drugs businesses.

In the Radio pharma business, the Company is involved in manufacturing and supply of Radiopharmaceuticals with a network of 46 radio-pharmacies in the US. The Company s Allergy Immunotherapy business is involved in the manufacturing and supply of allergic extracts and venom products in the US and in some other markets such as Canada, Europe and Australia. Jubilant through its CDMO Sterile Injectable business offers manufacturing services including sterile fill and finish injectable (both liquid and lyophilisation), full-service ophthalmic offer (liquids, ointments creams) and ampoules.

The Position

Organization- Jubilant Pharmova Limited

Designation Senior Manager Program Management

Location- Nanjangud, Mysore

Accountabilities:

Project Management

Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of aproject
To plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the project
Work closely with uppermanagementto make sure that the scope and direction of each projectis on schedule, as well as other departments for support
Coordinating internal resources and clients for the flawless execution of projects
Ensuring that all projectsare deliveredon-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/clients
Manage PM team and support/nurture for PM process enabling
Provide Operational support to reach organizational goals while managing project goals
Ensure availability of systems, processes, tools and techniques in PMT
Present Gap analysis in projects and provide inputs to Management

Revenue and FTE

Maintain accuracy in PM data by quality checking and analyzing
Communicate to Clients internal team for routine invoicing
Present data on resource utilization, capacity projections to internal stake holders
Liaison of inter-department project activities to avoid cost overrun
Alert upper management on project milestone success and failures with Risk analysis and gap closing actions

Client Meetings Communication

Interface/Alliance with clients for smooth operations of projects and ensure better collaborative relationship
Ability to Evaluate root cause analysis on project gaps through questionnaire/collaborator feedbacks
Provide project materials to clients for meetings and forecast budget, timeline and any subcontracting study approvals
Oversee end-to-end support on client visit management
Ensure action-items from customer meetings are properly tracked,
followed-up with Internal stake-holders/ action owners update clients
