Key skills for the job
1)Coordination, organization, implements IR strategies at plant level.
2) Work closely manufacturing team to facilitate maximum work output and maintain "customer responsive work environment".
5) Good communicator, good understanding of IR dynamics.
6) Update & maintain various HR Policy & Practices.
8) Should have done At least 2 wage agreements, handled wage workforces, IR disturbances situation with strategic exposure over optimal utilization of resources.
9)Knowledge of labor laws in industrial environment.
10) Addressing employee grievances and ensure that the overall morale of the workmen at various location is of high order.
11) Building positive relationship with the unions and facilitate business/process improvements through union negotiations including disciplinary processes.
12) Contract labor as well as external environment management and maintaining all statutory compliances under factory and labour laws.
14) Help manufacturing supervisors in disciplining the wage employees, supervision over disciplinary matters and domestic enquiries, represent in grievance redressal forums, in arbitration, conciliation matters if any.
15) Manage the welfare & CSR activities at Plant Level.
16) Legal matters, conciliation, adjudication, Liaison with local bodies, courts, labor department, DISH, MIDC, PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Labour and Industrial courts and other local government authorities etc.
20) Should have good labour law knowledge and Statutory compliances
21) Routine matters related to labour welfare and grievance handling of the employees
22) Ensure congenial "industrial relations" at factory. Statutory /non statutory welfare benefits implementation
This role will driving 60% IR, 30% HR & 10% Admin
