Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to lead our human resource functions. The role involves managing recruitment, overseeing HR operations, driving the development and implementation of HR policies, managing compensation & benefits, ensuring statutory compliance, and handling plant HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the manufacturing sector and be capable of aligning HR strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:


- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract the best talent.

- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.

- Implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

HR Operations:

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, attendance, employee records, and HR systems.

- Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with labor laws.

HR Policies & Procedures:

- Develop, update, and implement HR policies in line with industry standards and company objectives.

- Ensure policies related to employee welfare, performance management, and other HR practices are communicated and adhered to across the organization.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Design and manage the company's compensation and benefits structure to attract and retain talent.

- Benchmark compensation and benefits packages against industry standards.

- Oversee performance appraisals, promotions, and salary revisions.

Compliance & Legal:

- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements such as labor laws, ESI, PF, and other applicable regulations.

- Liaise with government authorities for audits, inspections, and necessary submissions.

Plant HR Management:

- Handle all HR activities at the manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment between corporate and plant HR.

- Manage workforce relations, including handling grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a productive work culture at the plant.

Training & Development:

- Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance employee skills.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

Experience: 15+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in the manufacturing sector.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance in a manufacturing environment.

- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compensation management.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
