We are currently hiring Head HR(Plant) for a leading Manufacturing/Conglomerate Client.

Position : HEAD HR (Plant)

Location : Cuddalore

Education : MBA-HR (FullTime) or MSW (Full Time) (Strictly no distance education/correspondence)

Experience : 13-25 Years

Age: Not more than 48 years

Scope of work : 70% HR (Generalist/Training & Development) and 20% IR (Compliances)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Handle complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.

- Training & Development.

- Investigate and resolve complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Collate and analyze employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.

- Participate in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

- Review performance results to target and take corrective measures with authorization and escalation.

- Foster and promote cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and effectiveness.

- Serve as Key member of Leadership team, implement key innovative corporate values.

- Obtain necessary licenses from the concern department.

- Evolve & Successfully implement CSR Activities and external affairs through effective networking.

- Handle all the HR related legal cases, disputes and other issues.
