About:
- Head HR will be responsible for creating the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing all aspects of HR w.r.t Performance Management, Organization Design, Talent Management, and Industrial Relations.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and setting up KRAs for the employees. Responsible for career management & development plans and implementation
- Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes & systems and independently drive strategic projects.
- Change Management: Implement change management initiatives and culture building Exercises.
- Employee Experience Enhancement & Employee Engagement: Find opportunities in every process/system in HR to engage the stakeholders better. Administer 'Employee Engagement surveys' and evolve actions. Drive powerful touch points' effectiveness.
Performance Management
- Implement and administer performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed to address performance issues.
- Employee Feedback / Grievances: Encourage/appreciate feedback, and coach Frontline leaders in straight listening and straight talking. Be the employee mediator in the genuine plea.
- Strong expertise in the Implementation of the HR system/ automation.
- Looking for candidates with 15+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry & who should be able to implement the HR strategy.
